We want you to feel confident in how payments work. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our approach for memberships, provider-approved treatment protocols, coaching, and testing.
1. Memberships
- Memberships (CM Member and CM Member+) are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually.
- You may cancel anytime through your customer portal or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing.
- Unless required by law, membership fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable, and you keep member benefits through the end of the paid period.
- Member pricing and benefits apply only while your membership is active.
2. Treatment protocols (provider-approved orders)
- You are charged for a protocol only after an independent provider approves it and before the order is placed with the pharmacy.
- If a provider declines a protocol, or adjusts it to a different price, you are not charged for the declined item, and any difference already collected is refunded.
- Because medications and compounded therapies are prescription products dispensed by a licensed pharmacy and prepared for you specifically, once an order has been placed and accepted by the pharmacy it generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except where required by law or the pharmacy’s own policy.
- Questions about a specific order or a possible billing error? Contact us right away and we’ll help resolve it.
3. Coaching programs
- Coaching fees are due as stated at the time of purchase. If you purchase a program and have not yet begun, contact us — we’ll work with you in good faith.
- Once a coaching program has started, fees for completed or in-progress sessions are non-refundable, but remaining unused sessions may be credited or refunded at our discretion.
4. Testing (labs & DNA)
- Lab and DNA tests are charged when ordered. Because kits and lab processing are arranged with third parties, fees become non-refundable once a kit has shipped or a lab order has been submitted.
5. How to request a refund or cancel
Email info@thecmcollective.co with your name and what you’d like to cancel or review. We aim to respond within a few business days.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with the “last updated” date revised above.
This policy is a general template, not legal advice. Confirm the final wording with a licensed New Jersey attorney and align it with your pharmacy/provider partners’ own policies before publishing.
