Terms of Use

Last updated: June 19, 2026

Welcome to The CM Collective. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, content, coaching, membership, and related services offered by The CM Collective LLC (“The CM Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who we are & what we provide

The CM Collective is a health and wellness coaching and education business. We provide coaching, educational content, and administrative support to help you pursue your wellness and longevity goals. We are not a medical practice, pharmacy, or licensed healthcare provider, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. See our Health & Medical Disclaimer.

2. Role of independent providers & pharmacies

Certain therapies are made available through independent, licensed medical providers and licensed pharmacies that we work with. Any prescription decision is made solely by a licensed provider following their own evaluation of your intake and health history, and any medication or compound is dispensed solely by a licensed pharmacy. The CM Collective arranges access, coordinates the intake process, and provides coaching — it does not prescribe, dispense, or control the clinical judgment of any provider. Your relationship with a provider or pharmacy is between you and them, and is subject to their own terms, consents, and privacy practices.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. By using our services you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Memberships, fees & billing

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The CM Collective LLC and its members disclaim all liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, our content, services, or products. These Terms are a strong starting template, not legal advice. Given the peptide/hormone subject matter, have a licensed New Jersey attorney review and finalize them before publishing.
